Return & Exchange

EXCHANGE

We create each of our products with the utmost care to ensure top quality, and we hope you’ll love everything you order from us. However, if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days from the shipping date to request an exchange, and we’ll gladly send you a new item.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact

• Complete with all swing tags and return tags with zip ties attached

• Free of stains and odours

• Without any damages, including those from trying on or alterations

Please note, we currently do not accept returns; exchanges can be made for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
