Refund policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All original tags must still be attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging where applicable
• Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required
